The Real-Time Durability HUD

The core of this addon is the brand new display system. In the base game, you only get a tiny, inaccurate green bar under your tools to guess how much life they have left. With this addon installed, the exact moment you hold any tool or weapon in your hand, a clean text display appears right above your hotbar.

This HUD shows you the exact mathematical numbers of your item. For example, if you are holding a fresh diamond pickaxe, it will clearly show that you have 1561 out of 1561 uses left. As you mine blocks, that number updates instantly in real time. To make it even easier to read out of the corner of your eye, the text is fully dynamic. When your tool is healthy, the numbers are bright green. When it drops down to half durability, the text turns yellow. And when your tool is severely damaged and close to breaking, the text turns into a bright, flashing red color. You will always know exactly how many blocks you can mine before you need to repair your gear.

The Audio Warning System

Sometimes visual warnings just are not enough, especially when you are distracted or fighting a horde of zombies in a dark cave. This is where the Ping feature comes in, and it is the most important part of the entire addon.

The script actively monitors the health of whatever item you are holding. When your tool drops down to a dangerously low critical level, the addon will forcefully play a loud, distinct ping sound effect directly to your character. This sudden audio cue acts as a massive alarm, immediately snapping your attention back to your tool. It forces you to stop clicking, switch to another item, and safely put your damaged gear into your inventory so you can repair it with an anvil or a mending setup later. This single feature will save you hundreds of diamonds and hours of grinding.

Universal Item Support and Combat Edge

I designed this system to be completely universal. The durability HUD and the ping warnings do not just work on your standard pickaxes. The addon supports every single item in the game that takes damage. This includes axes for chopping wood, shovels for clearing dirt, and hoes for massive farming projects.
