Timer Commands

This addon simply adds a command that allows you to use an in-game timer that can be set as a countdown or a stopwatch. You can set it for specific players or globaly/all players. The timer can be paused, resumed, and configured to your liking. Now out with v2.0! Feel free to use this timer for speedruns, minigames, or whatever you'd like!
