Settings Button Fix

Did you think the very-important Settings button was way too tiny? And the Marketplace button way too big? It never made sense to browse packs while in a world if you have to leave to apply them anyway!

Just fixing a little whoopsie on Mojangs end.

If you're having trouble opening the .mcpack with Minecraft, try it while Minecraft is closed. It's probably a bug.
