RAGNAROK
RAGNAROK is an add-on that completely changes how you live in your world.
Ragnarok is a relatively difficult add-on, as the mythological creatures are not easy to defeat, but once you become a god, nothing will stop you...
You can craft the Ragnarok book to help guide you a bit with the addon while you're playing!

The add-on includes translations into Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, and English.
WEAPONS
Weapons aren't easy to come by; you have to fight in structures or kill enemies to get the materials needed to craft them. Once you have a material required to craft a weapon, the recipe will unlock at the crafting table. Each weapon has special abilities, but I'll let you discover those for yourself, hehe...
When using weapons, there's a relatively low chance that a God of War soundtrack will play, either from the Greeks or the Norse. Clearly, this depends on the weapon, and it's a way I came up with to give the add-on more atmosphere. For this same reason, the add-on is somewhat large, but the intention is to make it feel more immersive and "epic."
The Blades of Chaos, the weapon that will remind Kratos of his curse, weapons created for destruction. The weapons have a 12-hit combo (the combo is a small ability that activates when the combo is complete), they also have a 5-block area attack, and they also have their own special ability. Each level and variant of the Blades of Chaos has a different ability.

All weapons can be upgraded, and as I mentioned before, once you have the necessary item, you will unlock the recipe to upgrade the weapons.

Additionally, you can find the alchemist's hilt in structures and by defeating bosses. Once you have this hilt, you can make your weapons even better. To apply the upgrade, you need to use the dwarven table.
Once you've upgraded your weapon with the alchemist's hilt, you can change your weapon's runes! Changing the runes completely alters your weapon's damage and abilities, just like in the Norse God of War games. It's worth noting that rune changes can also be made at the Dwarven Table, and you can obtain runes by defeating bosses. Each weapon has its own unique runes, so you'll have to fight a lot...
Just like in the Norse God of War games, runes change your abilities, but here they also change your damage. I tried to make all the weapons look different so you can easily tell which rune they have equipped :D

And this works and will continue to work for all the weapons already in the addon and those I'll be adding, so there's a huge and customizable variety to help you be the ultimate god...
The Leviatan Axe, the weapon created by the Huldra brothers for the great warrior Fey, is one of the strongest weapons ever created to counter Mjolnir, with a powerful 15-hit combo. It also has the ability to freeze enemies!

(I will soon add runes to leviathan)
By upgrading Leviatan to level 6 and also by upgrading it with the Alchemist's Grip, you can crouch twice and activate "Throw Mode," allowing you to switch between Leviatan's abilities or throw Leviatan.
Upon impact, Leviatan will freeze and obviously damage enemies, so show off your aim...
The Draupnir spear, forged from the Draupnir ring, the weapon created to defeat Heimdall, is the quintessential Spartan weapon. Draupnir weakens enemies and boasts an 8-hit combo. Its abilities vary greatly with each upgrade and even more so when its runes are changed. Go forth and bring hope to the Nine Realms.

The mighty Mjolnir, Thor's hammer, a weapon created with good intentions by the Huldra brothers but used cruelly, used to generate destruction and annihilate all the Jötnar, and to instill fear in the Nine Realms, with a combo of 20 hits, 2 area-of-effect damage per strike, in addition to the power of lightning...

Zeus's lightning bolt, the weapon that defines the order of the cosmos, was forged by the Cyclopes as a gift to Zeus for freeing them from Tartarus where Kronos imprisoned them. Zeus defeated Kronos with the lightning bolt, one of the strongest weapons in Greek myths, creating a safe zone with a radius of 6 blocks. It will be very difficult for enemies to survive Zeus's lightning bolt...

(Zeus's lightning bolt doesn't have any variants because it's an ultimate weapon; for now, it's obtained through crafting, but when Zeus arrives, that won't be the case anymore.)
Ingrid, a sword captured by Odin, a sword with a will of its own, is also incredibly loyal and strong. Ingrid has an 18-hit combo that will make your allies stronger! Furthermore, when using Ingrid, she will be able to move of her own volition and attack or defend against enemies. Ingrid is a weapon with a soul of its own...

A key between realms, the Bifrost, is a tool created to activate the Bifrost Bridge and travel from realm to realm (soon it will allow access to other realms). The Bifrost can teleport you to any location its wielder desires, so use it wisely.

Fury is how a god unleashes their full power, but gods can control it. Like Kratos, you can use fury, which grants strength, regeneration, and agility for a short time. Wrath grants colossal strength and high agility for a few seconds, allowing you to inflict massive damage on enemies. Finally, there's valor, which allows you to use fury to regain health, regenerate, and continue fighting. Decide what kind of god you want to be...

(Later I'll add more furies like Atreus's and the lightning armor from GOW1)

Ragnarok adds approximately 30 armor sets, including boots, pants, breastplates, and helmets. The armor is primarily from the Norse saga, but there are also pieces from the Greek saga and a few references to other myths. The armor sets have a progression system, following a tree structure, so you'll need the armor you're currently using to move on to the next set or "upgrade" it. The higher the armor level, the more protection it will offer, and it will also grant you special abilities, such as speed, strength, and much more! When you reach the strongest armor sets, normal enemies will be too weak to even touch you, but you'll be ready to fight the... bosses!

This is the "tree of progression," and as I call it, the "Yggdrasil of progression."

These are the strongest armors! (although it really depends on the equipment you create)

(Remember that armor has special attributes)
Similar to God of War Ragnarok, you can also customize armor using Minecraft templates!

If you don't use another texture pack that adds animations to the player, you can equip weapons on your back! Just have them in your hotbar, while for Mimir, the shield, and the Bifrost, you only need to have them in your inventory.

Additionally, using the Spider Eye lets you switch between "Norse" (which gives you the camera style of the Norse God of War games), "Classic" (which gives you the camera style of the Greek God of War games), and "Fey" (a hybrid camera style combining elements of the Greek and Norse God of War games). Furthermore, crouching while using the Spider Eye activates aim assist, which greatly simplifies breaking blocks and hitting enemies (I'm still working on improving the bow's aiming).
STRUCTURES
(I'm still working on structure generation. For now, large structures are generated using generation blocks so that if you like a particular area of your world, it won't be ruined. But I'm thinking of switching to natural generation. If you have any ideas or suggestions, you can let me know on YouTube, X, or Instagram.)
The Einherjar sent by Odin to control fate must settle for some time, so if you happen to find these camps, be very careful, as they can be anywhere, because the Einherjar will be there, waiting for battle.

Many years ago, mortals built towers throughout Midgar in honor of the gods, but since monsters began appearing in Midgar, they are no longer just towers to honor the gods; now they are also towers to offer sacrifices to the gods...

Odin wants to control the nine realms! And he's doing it in the cruelest ways. To impose his power, he's gathered the nokken, who grant strength and resistance to other monsters, draugr, and einherjar, in certain areas found in the savanna, plains, jungles, forests, and taiga! These are dangerous structures, so be careful!

The Greek ruins are a small part of Valhalla; Kratos's memories are still there, waiting to be overcome, but be very careful, for it is not so easy to overcome the memories that haunt you...

Now the most dangerous structures begin! The Draugr Pantheon is an area teeming with undead who refused to go to Valhalla, and they aren't the only danger. At the end, you'll find a Troll Totem, and that's where the real battle begins. And if you're lucky, you can find some great loot in the chests.
If that weren't enough, the Einherjar created a chaotic coliseum teeming with creatures from the nine realms, and it's extremely dangerous. Enter only when you're prepared, because it will be difficult to get out alive...

A vast labyrinth created to prevent you from reaching the totem of the enchanted trolls; it's not just a labyrinth, you'll also encounter enemies that will make your passage more difficult

A Vanir temple built around a Dreki totem, erected in honor of Freya and Freyr, but time has worn it down and creatures have taken power from it; they will not be easy creatures to defeat, be very careful!

Leaving aside the dangerous structures, you can also find Sindri's shop; you can find some useful resources there!
You can find the celestial altar, an altar to summon Sköll and Hati, the wolves that chase the sun and the moon. Once you find the altar, you can use it to make the wolves change day and night!

MIMIR! The wisest man alive! You can find Mimir in the high mountains, or at the coordinates [(1500,~,-1250), (-1250,~,1260),(2315,~781)]. The chances of finding him are very low, and his spawning, apart from the natural one, occurs in 3 possible locations due to possible generation errors.

Once you have Mimir, you can place him anywhere you like, and when you use him, Mimir will tell you stories! (Only in Spanish for now) He will also give you mining effect, so take some wisdom from the wisest man alive!

Creatures
(The most comprehensive description of the enemies is in the Ragnarok book within the addon, so I will only briefly mention them.)
The draugr are undead warriors who died in battle, but unlike other warriors, they rejected the call of the valkyries to go to Valhalla. They are "basic" enemies condemned to wander throughout Midgard, being only a shell of what they once were in life.

Empowered Draugr

The reapers of Hell are tormented souls that wander Midgard due to lack of space in Hell. They are dangerous creatures that can generate Hell ice; defeat them, or they will be a problem.

There is nothing a Midgard warrior desires more than to fall in battle. This guarantees them entry into Valhalla, the promised land where both the honorable and the wretched end up. There, Odin selected the best and gave them another chance to die for him: thus he created the einherjar.

Nightmares are floating creatures with a single eyeball surrounded by algae, and tentacles of varying sizes dangling from their small bodies. Most Nightmares launch elemental projectiles from a distance, usually in groups or alongside other creatures, becoming elusive and troublesome as they attempt to surround their opponent.
Depending on the type, their attacks can inflict various status effects, such as burns, freezing, poisoning, or blindness.

Dark Elves are a humanoid race with dark skin. They are capable of flight, thanks to their insect-like characteristics. They live alongside Light Elves in Alfheim, with whom they constantly rival, leading to frequent wars between them.

The nokkens will sing incessantly, casting a healing spell on nearby allies. Find their hiding place and silence them. It's better to find the nokken and make it reveal itself than to engage enemies under a healing spell. However, if you have no other choice, remember that the healing effect won't prevent them from being stunned or knocked into the void, for example...

Cursed Nokken

Sindri is one of the Huldra Brothers, two dwarven blacksmiths who aid Kratos and Atreus on their adventure through Norse lands. Sindri and Brok forged numerous artifacts for the Aesir gods, such as the fearsome hammer Mjölnir, and also the weapon that would counter it, the Leviathan Axe.
By trading with Sindri, you could trade things that might be useful.

Brok was one of the Huldra Brothers, two legendary dwarven blacksmiths who became allies of Kratos and Atreus. Brok and Sindri were famous throughout the Nine Realms for their impressive craftsmanship, having forged legendary weapons for the gods.
By trading with Brock you can get some great upgrades for your weapons!

Bosses
Bosses can be summoned with their totems, which appear in structures or throughout the world with a very low probability, BUT IF YOU ARE PLAYING ON HARD OR EXTREME difficulty, bosses will appear in the world without needing to be summoned with totems, so be very careful!

Remember that by defeating bosses you can obtain runes to change the powers of your weapons!
Trolls are a race of creatures that were once very numerous. They had their own cultures, villages, and cities. When they were betrayed by the gods, many of their societies were destroyed. That left only a few wandering the world, with that thorn in their side.

Odin commanded me to alter the natural ecosystem of Svartalfheim to push the dwarves toward industrialization. I knew that these superpredators, a dragon variant native to Vanaheim, would wreak havoc on the dwarven ecosystem. What I didn't know was how effective they would be in driving several native species to extinction and creating an imbalance that will take an eternity to undo. Consider this a written confession and a commitment on my part to do everything within my limited power to set things right. When a dreki spins its tail forcefully, it attempts to deflect the attacker to gain the upper hand. When it launches several attacks in succession, its final bite is the most devastating and cannot be easily blocked.

(More voices coming soon, especially gods)
As I mentioned before, using weapons can activate a God of War soundtrack, but I also changed some Minecraft discs so you can activate the God of War soundtrack whenever you want in survival or creative mode.

I also tried to add zone discovery, similar to the Norse God of War games. Basically, the first time you reach a biome, you'll get a discovery message, and it won't appear again unless you reset the world or exit and re-enter. I hope you enjoy it! :D

Installing the add-on will also install a skin pack. It's something I'm still experimenting with, but many of the gods will look similar once I implement them in the add-on. This way, you can take on the appearance of any character from the God of War world!

Among other things the add-on adds, I'll let you discover them for yourself so you can enjoy it and the description doesn't get too long, hehe.
REMEMBER TO TURN ON ALL THE EXPERIMENTS SO THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS!
If you'd like to stay up to date with the add-on, you can visit my page
Finally, if you have any suggestions or ideas, you can write to me via [link], Instagram, or YouTube, and I'll try to add them :D I'll also try to update the add-on more often, but university is what's holding me back. I'll try to be much more consistent with it, though. That's all for now, guys. I hope you like it a lot; it's an add-on I made with a lot of love. And with nothing more to say, be the god you want to be, be better!
I hope you like it, and see you soon! :3
I hope I haven't missed anything important about the add-on because it's a project that's been several years in the making, hehe. Well, now then, see you later!
