Project Unknown
Project Unknown Add-On
Introduction
This Add-on is a complete remake of the Project Unknown Event.
Have you ever watched a YouTuber like Dolphin and wanted to be in an SMP like that, or thought it looked interesting and fun to play in yourself? If so, this is for you.
This add-on follows the full format of the event where all players share the same skin, and every hour a random player is exposed for 15 minutes. The only difference is that the glowing outline feature could not be implemented.
Features
- All players use the same skin for the full event
- Every hour, a random player is exposed for 15 minutes
- Admin tools for managing the event
- Death-ban system included
When a player is death-banned, an admin can use:
/unbanto unban players and check ban logs
You can also manually hide or show a player’s skin using:
/stuff <PlayerName> <hide/unhide>
Why This Was Made
The main goal of this add-on is to recreate the Project Unknown experience for Minecraft Bedrock players, allowing more people to take part in a style of SMP that is usually only seen in content creator events.
It’s designed for players who enjoy tense, social, and unpredictable gameplay where trust and awareness matter just as much as survival.
Goals & Vision
This project is made with the hope of growing into something bigger over time. Whether that leads to improvements, recognition, or future commissions, the main focus right now is learning, building, and improving step by step.
Every project starts somewhere, and this is one of those starting points.
Conclusion
At its core, this add-on is made purely for fun and entertainment. It aims to recreate the unique feeling of a Project Unknown-style SMP, bringing that experience to Bedrock players in an accessible way.
