Deep-Dive Gameplay Guide (Technical Manual)
1. Base Influence and Conquest
Ownership of a base is determined by Influence (100% to 0%).
- How to Capture: You must bring more friendly units (Players or NPCs) into the base area than the enemy has present.
- Capture Rate: The more you outnumber the enemy, the faster their Influence drops.
- Victory: When Influence hits 0%, the base is seized, a victory sound plays, and the faction flag automatically changes via system functions.
- XP Reward: Capturing a base grants 500 XP to all contributing players in the area.
2. Signal and Reinforcements
Every base (except Outposts) has a Signal Terminal (signalPos).
- Signal Jammed: If an enemy stays near the terminal, Signal Progress drops. At 0%, the signal is Jammed.
- The Penalty: Normally, reinforcements arrive every 20 seconds. If jammed, the cooldown increases to 3 minutes.
- Repair: Clear the area of enemies to allow the signal to slowly reboot.
3. Logistics and Supply Chain
A base cannot reinforce itself without Supplies.
- Supply Cost: Every NPC reinforcement costs 25 Supplies.
- Logistics Cut: If an enemy sabotages the Supply Terminal (supplyPos), the base stops generating or receiving supplies, and an alarm will sound.
- HQ Advantage: Only the HQ generates supplies automatically (+4 every 2 seconds). Frontline bases must rely on manual transport.
4. Loading and Unloading Mechanics
Transport supplies from the HQ to frontline bases using Trucks or Helicopters.
- Step 1: Loading at HQ
- Bring an empty vehicle to the HQ Helipad or Truck Zone.
- Stay in the zone. A timer will appear indicating the loading process (60s).
- Once full, the vehicle is tagged as Loaded.
- Step 2: Unloading at a Base
- Drive or fly the loaded vehicle to a friendly base's landing zone.
- A timer will appear indicating the unloading process (120s).
- Once finished, the base gains +100 (Truck) or +150 (Heli) supplies.
5. XP System and Commanders
- Elimination: Killing enemy NPCs grants 25 XP.
- High-Value Targets: Killing an enemy Commander (HVT) grants 500 XP and triggers a global message.
- Sabotage: Staying near enemy terminals grants 2 XP per interval for successful sabotage.
