Java-like ender pearls

its quite simple really, this replicates the minecraft java ender pearl behavior like loading chunks, working in 8 blocks tall stasis chambers, having air and water drag, ect

screenshots:

• This behaviour pack does NOT need any experiments
• This behaviour pack DOES need minecraft 1.21.90 or later
• chunk loading loads  5x5 chunk square around the pearl, instead of java's 3x3 as 5x5 is the minimum
• As of v1.5.2, this is achievement friendly!

note: version 1.5 fixed chunk loading
