sneak == active ishowspeed mode
you can upgrade your speed by keep hold the sneak
When you are in IShowSpeed mode, you will get a speed boost.

To upgrade from level 1 to level 2, you just need to use the skill frequently.
The more often you use the skill, the higher your level will increase.
