🦀 Crab Boss Set — v2 Update

What's New

Java PvP Core compatibility is now live.

Crab Sword now fully supports JAVA PVP CORE addon. If you have both addons installed, Crab Sword will automatically work with Java-style attack cooldown and damage calculation — no extra setup needed.

 How It Works

When Java PvP Core is active alongside this addon, hitting an enemy with Crab Sword will:

• Apply 8 attack damage using Java Edition's damage formula (affected by armor toughness, enchantments, and strength/weakness effects)

- Show the **attack cooldown bar** on your action bar

- Support **critical hits** when your cooldown is fully charged

- Trigger **sweep attack** if you're standing still on the ground

The sword has a **0.65-second cooldown** — same tier as Java swords (diamond / netherite).

Sharpness, Smite, and Bane of Arthropods enchantments all apply normally on top of the base damage.

 Requirements

- Java PvP Core v1.1or newer must be installed alongside this addon

- If Java PvP Core is not installed, Crab Sword behaves exactly as before — no changes to vanilla behavior

Compatibility Note

This update changes only the Crab Sword item. All other items, entities, and crafting recipes are unchanged from v1

• 350 HP across 3 escalating phases

• Phase 1 → Phase 2 at 180 HP: gains Speed + Resistance, enters rage mode

• Drops rare loot and Red Ore materials

• Mini Crab: spawned by the boss on death — loyal to no one

• Mini Crab 2: spawns naturally in the Overworld in groups of 2–3, both on surface and underground. A constant threat even without the boss.

🔴 CRAB ARMOR SET & WEAPONS

Craft powerful gear from the boss's remains:

• Crab Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots — each piece grants Knockback Resistance

• Wearing the full set reduces knockback by 80%

• Crab Sword — high damage melee weapon with special effects

• Red Ore & Red Ore Piece — core crafting materials

• Crab Leg, Upper Body, Lower Body, Hand — armor

The boss will announce its arrival to all players within range.
