Guide to Custom TNT Minecart Mechanics

TNT Minecarts on Activated Rails: When a TNT minecart is on a powered activator rail, it becomes sensitive. Any touch—from a player, an entity, or even a projectile—will cause the minecart to explode instantly.

TNT Minecarts on an Inclined Activated Rail: If the activator rail is placed on a slope, the TNT minecart can detonate immediately upon receiving a redstone signal. The slope increases the minecart's instability, making it more prone to exploding quickly.

TNT Minecarts with a Solid Block Behind, on a Slope with Activated Rails: Placing a solid block behind the TNT minecart on a sloped, powered activator rail pushes the minecart forward, causing it to gain momentum and detonate upon reaching the incline. This setup enables triggering explosions through movement caused by redstone activation.

TNT Minecarts on Normal or Unpowered Activator Rails: When TNT minecarts are on normal rails or on activator rails that are not powered, they behave normally without detonating, regardless of collisions or movement.
