Authenticator

I added custom commands to edit who can join and to protect your world:

• /admin (you can manage and edit who can be a admin)
• /allow (you can manage who can join when not signed out)
• /settings (changes what messages you can see and how to join)

Also to disable the welcome message do "/tag @s add msgDisabled"
